I can’t comment strongly enough about how professional this company is from the office to the crews that are out in the field. My Patio and yard had to be torn up and they worked hard to get it back to what it originally looked like… Nice, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them!

Owe needed the sewer lateral updating within the first 6 months of moving in to our new home. PM did all the work seamlessly. Louis and his team did our sewer lateral work in 2014 in Oakland. Since then they installed three bathrooms and a kitchen in our remodel and been on our-call plumber for various issues. They are always responsive and fair. Louis remembered things about how this house worked better than I did. I just hired them to replace the sewer lateral at a rental house in Marin. My tenant sent me a note to tell me that they were wonderful. She said that she came home in the afternoon, the day they started, and they introduced themselves and were so considerate of the property. The front yard is intact and it doesn’t look like they were ever there. Highly recommend.

The Plumbing Ministry worked very hard to calm my nerves during the sewer lateral replacement on my home. It was complicated in that in entailed connecting into a main that was located in my backyard neighbor’s yard. Everyone worked very diligently to get it right. Louis and his team worked in our yard while repairing our neighbor’s sewer lateral which runs down our property. They took care to minimize damage to our landscaping. This is very invasive work but they did their best.

We recently bought a house in Oakland and had to replace the sewer lateral. We got several quotes. Plumbing Ministry gave us the best quote and were also available to do the job soon. Plus, Louis explained the whole process as he did the initial inspection for the quote, and showed us through his special camera how everything looked. They did a great job and finished on time, with minimal disruption to our property. The hole they made in the middle of our street to access the pipes there eventually caved in a bit. I emailed to let them know and they came out that very day and fixed it! Excellent service and price. I highly recommend Plumbing Ministry!

I had plumbing Ministry do our sewer lateral line when we bought our property in Oakland. The crew they sent was very pleasant and professional. They said the work would take 3 days and they did it in time. They also reconnected the sewer lines at night so we could use the bathroom and shower. The crew did a nice and clean install. EBMUD past the work for us to get our bond returned. They cleaned up the work area when done and it was better then before. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber.

I hired the Plumbing Ministry to do a sewer lateral pressure test. Silverio and Cesar were very informative, knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Silverio worked really hard and dug out a deep hole to reach the sewer pipe. I haven’t seen many people work as hard as Silverio and this guy should get a big raise for his hard work! They both did a nice clean job and even added a ‘clean out’ which is great to have. The pressure test did pass inspection from EBMUD. I’m a very happy customer and would recommend these guys to anytime for sewer work.

I’ve known Louis for several years now but he’s never done any work for me. I didn’t have his number and He didn’t know it was me initially and responded promptly with his available times. Once we confirmed a time he was there, and early. After I showed him the issue with the gas leak problem I had he said he would let me know. He gave me an estimate the same day and details the next day. On top of that he and his crew was able to also start and finish work the next day. We needed PGE to turn the gas back on the same day so Louis can confirm everything was working properly. Fast, professional and excellent work. I never go on here but I highly recommend “The Plumbing Ministry”!

I contracted with the Plumbing Ministry for my daughter’s house which needed a private sewer lateral and their quote was the most comprehensive and included all contingencies. The work was done promptly, professionally and competently but our surprise was that the foreman informed us that it was way less than their forecast and we should get a discount. We were shocked to learn that the discount was nearly $10,000! Such honest and integrity is rare these days. I’d choose the Plumbing Ministry in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly refer them to my friends and neighbors.

AMAZING TEAM!! This team gets things DONE! I called Louis late afternoon Monday to have the sidewalk re-paved due to a new Ordinance in Oakland, Louis was out Tuesday morning at the job site, and by Thursday before noon, it’s ALL DONE. He even managed to get me the actual certificate from the City of Oakland!! Super super satisfied with their work ethic and how efficient the whole team is. Al and Kris are super helpful and friendly at the office. Another team member that I forgot her name was very helpful as well, when I told her my name, she already knew which project to look for. The Plumbing Ministry will be my go-to team from now on!

Just had these guys out when without warning raw sewage started seeping out of the ground. I called the office and they told me to call Jose (tech) and ask if he could come out the same day. He said he’d be there between 2-4 and true to his word he showed up by 2pm and had the main sewer repaired and completely inspected (video inspection from house to street) within 2 hours. I will add that our landscaping crew had done the digging and exposing the damaged pipe before Jose arrived. I give this outfit the five star fully satisfied review, based on the above and based on the communication and easy scheduling/billing.
